Principal Consultant
Kim Sullins leads Meridient’s client engagements and business operations. She brings executive-level experience supporting leadership teams, enterprise initiatives, and high-visibility organizational environments. Her background spans executive communication, communication operations, stakeholder coordination, and organizational support in fast-moving environments where alignment, timing, and execution directly affect outcomes.
She has supported senior leaders through enterprise transformation initiatives, workforce communication efforts, stakeholder engagement, and executive operations in large, mission-driven organizations
